About Us
My dedication to wildlife and conservation was first sparked when five Northern White Rhinos, a highly endangered species of Rhinos were killed by poachers in 1988 (Read story here). Today, only two Northern white Rhinos remain (which are both female), in Kenya. So why does that matter to me so much? Well.....
I was born and raised in the heart of Kenya, East Africa. From an early age, a profound connection to the wild was formed as I was immersed in the breathtaking beauty of national parks, forests, and coastlines. My father, an outdoors man and a wildlife enthusiast and conversationalist, played a big part in my deep connection to nature which has became a lifelong commitment to conservation and preserving the beauty and biodiversity of our planet.
Through my life I have donated and helped where I can, but I have never felt like it has been enough. I realized that if a big impact is to be made, I need to do something bigger. Something that will continue to generate a far greater contribution than I can on my own, and that friends was the beginning of Habitat Threads.
Myself and my team at Habitat Threads, we channel this passion into action. A portion of every single sale goes directly to supporting, donating to, and funding various conservation organizations working tirelessly to protect endangered animals, marine life, and fragile ecosystems. We believe in giving back to the earth that gives us so much.
When you wear Habitat Threads, you’re not just supporting wildlife, you are joining a global movement to protect and preserve it making it a lasting impact.
Please come join us in making a difference, one thread at a time.
